Maintenance Requests

 

GSB Properties offers superior maintenance service for all of our properties. All maintenance requests are resolved in an effective and efficient manor. We always treat our tenants with a caring attitude, respond with a sense of urgency, and provide an equitable resolution when needed. Please follow the steps below to make a non-emergency or emergency maintenance request.

Non-Emergency Maintenance

All requests for non-emergency maintenance should be submitted via an online form. When submitting a request, please be as detailed as possible. To start, choose the appropriate state you live in to be taken to your maintenance request form.
 

 
 

Emergency Maintenance

All requests for emergency maintenance, such as a breakdown of an essential service (plumbing, lighting, heating, lock, etc.) or a problem that threatens health and safety, please report the problem as quickly as possible. For emergency maintenance please call (561) 331-0702. Emergencies will be addressed immediately. Less severe maintenance problems may be resolved within 24 hours. Remember, for life threatening emergencies call 911 first. After your own safety is established, please call us so we can provide further assistance.
